Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is one-on-one psychotherapy tailored to your individual needs. It can be helpful for managing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, work-related burnout, relationship issues, etc. Your therapist meets with you weekly or bi-weekly and partners with you to address your concerns.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy sessions at Park Slope Therapy can be in-person or virtual. Couples in counseling learn how to navigate conflict, connect emotionally, navigate infidelity, co-parent, and identify patterns that create disconnection.
